# RETURN & REFUND POLICY

**Effective Date: September 25, 2026**

We want customers to understand return eligibility before purchasing.

Because KinG Certified Performance sells both standard products and specialized automotive products and services, return eligibility depends upon the type of purchase.

## Standard Unused Products

Unless a product is identified as final sale or otherwise excluded below, unopened and unused standard products may be eligible for return if a return request is submitted within **30 days of delivery**.

The product must generally:

* Be unused
* Be uninstalled
* Be in resalable condition
* Include original packaging where reasonably possible
* Include supplied accessories and documentation

Proof of purchase may be required.

## Return Authorization

Contact KinG Certified Performance before sending a product back.

Unauthorized returns may delay processing.

Return instructions and the appropriate shipping location will be provided when required.

## Custom Products

Unless defective, incorrectly manufactured, or otherwise required by applicable law, the following are generally **final sale and non-returnable** once production or customization has begun:

* Custom camshafts
* Custom-ground camshafts
* Personalized products
* Engraved products
* Custom-machined products
* Special-order parts
* Products manufactured to customer specifications

This restriction exists because those items may be manufactured specifically for an individual customer's application and may not reasonably be resold.

## EFI Calibration and Tuning Services

EFI tuning, calibration, remote-tuning, datalog review, technical consulting, and custom calibration services involve professional labor and intellectual work.

Once substantive work has begun, fees for completed calibration or consulting work are generally non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

If KinG Certified Performance has not begun substantive work, refund eligibility will be evaluated based upon the circumstances.

## Downloadable or Delivered Digital Products

Custom tune files, calibration files, digital products, or other electronically delivered customized materials are generally non-returnable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law.

## Installed Products

Products that have been installed generally cannot be returned as new merchandise.

A defective installed product may instead be handled through the applicable warranty process.

## Electronics

Electronic components must be returned unused and uninstalled unless defective.

Electrical components that have been connected, programmed, energized, installed, or damaged may not qualify for ordinary return.

Manufacturer warranty procedures may apply.

## Fluids, Chemicals, and Detailing Products

For safety, contamination, and quality-control reasons, opened liquids, chemicals, detailing products, and similar consumables generally cannot be returned unless defective, damaged in shipment, or incorrectly supplied.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items

If we ship an incorrect product or an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly.

We may request:

* Photographs
* Video
* Packaging
* Part numbers
* Shipping labels
* Other reasonable evidence

Approved claims may result in replacement, repair, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

## Customer Ordering Error

Where a return is accepted because a customer ordered the wrong item, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

## Restocking

Certain eligible non-defective automotive parts may be subject to a reasonable restocking fee where disclosed before the return is finalized, particularly where a manufacturer or distributor charges such a fee.

We will disclose any applicable restocking fee during the return-authorization process.

## Refund Method

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method where practical.

Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time to post refunds.

## Manufacturer Warranties

Products manufactured by third parties may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty process.

KinG Certified Performance may assist with a warranty claim where practical, but final warranty approval may be controlled by the manufacturer.

## No Waiver of Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy eliminates rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
