These Terms and Conditions govern use of kingcertifiedperformance.com and purchases of products or services from KinG Certified Performance, King Certified Enterprises LLC, and KCproducts.

By accessing our website, purchasing products, requesting services, or engaging KinG Certified Performance for automotive work, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Business Services
KinG Certified Performance may offer products and services including:

Custom camshafts
Engine components
EFI calibration
Remote tuning
Dyno tuning
Calibration consulting
Automotive diagnostics
Performance consulting
Vehicle detailing
Automotive-care products
Merchandise
Other automotive products and services
Products and services offered may change without notice.

2. Customer Responsibility for Accurate Information
Customers are responsible for accurately disclosing information that may affect a product recommendation, tune, calibration, or service.

This includes:

Engine displacement
Compression ratio
Camshaft specifications
Cylinder heads
Fuel type
Fuel injectors
Fuel pressure
Power adders
Boost level
Nitrous usage
Transmission
Torque converter
Rear gear ratio
Tire size
ECU/PCM
Sensors
Vehicle modifications
Mechanical condition
KinG Certified Performance is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, concealed, or outdated customer-supplied information.

3. Vehicle Mechanical Condition
A calibration cannot correct mechanical defects.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are mechanically sound before tuning or calibration work.

Potential problems may include, without limitation:

Fuel-pressure problems
Injector problems
Wiring faults
Vacuum leaks
Exhaust leaks
Sensor failures
Ignition failures
Mechanical engine damage
Transmission problems
Cooling-system deficiencies
Improper installation
Incorrect component selection
Additional diagnosis or repair may be required before calibration services can continue.

4. Performance and Horsepower Results
Automotive performance results vary substantially.

Actual output may depend on:

Engine condition
Vehicle weight
Fuel
Weather
Elevation
Dyno type
Tire characteristics
Drivetrain loss
Calibration
Component combination
Boost
Exhaust
Intake
Temperature
Traction
Driver input
Any horsepower, torque, elapsed-time, boost, or performance estimate is an estimate unless specifically identified as a measured result from a particular vehicle and test.

No particular horsepower, torque, elapsed time, or race result is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

5. Motorsport and Modified-Vehicle Risks
High-performance and modified vehicles can place significantly greater loads on engines, transmissions, drivetrains, tires, suspension systems, braking systems, fuel systems, and other components.

Motorsports and high-performance driving involve inherent risks of property damage, mechanical failure, serious injury, and death.

Customers are responsible for operating vehicles safely and lawfully.

6. Emissions and Legal Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that modifications and vehicle operation comply with federal, state, and local laws.

KinG Certified Performance does not authorize customers to operate vehicles unlawfully on public roads.

Products specifically designated for competition, racing, off-highway, or non-road use must be used consistently with applicable law and their stated intended use.

7. Remote Tuning
Remote tuning depends upon accurate datalogs and safe operation by the customer.

The customer is responsible for:

Safely operating the vehicle
Following logging instructions
Monitoring warning indicators
Monitoring fuel pressure where appropriate
Monitoring oil pressure where appropriate
Monitoring temperature
Stopping operation if unsafe conditions are present
Providing accurate information about vehicle changes
Customers should not continue a test, pull, log, or driving procedure when a vehicle exhibits unsafe conditions.

8. Calibration Files
Calibration files supplied by KinG Certified Performance are intended for the specific vehicle and combination for which they were created unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not resell, publish, distribute, copy for commercial use, reverse engineer for resale, or represent KinG Certified Performance calibration work as their own without written authorization.

9. Custom Camshafts and Custom Components
Custom-designed or made-to-order products may be created specifically for a customer's vehicle or combination.

The customer is responsible for verifying installation requirements including, where applicable:

Piston-to-valve clearance
Valve-spring capacity
Retainer-to-seal clearance
Coil-bind clearance
Pushrod length
Rocker geometry
Lifter preload
Valvetrain stability
Component compatibility
Professional installation and verification are strongly recommended.

10. Product Installation
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for installation.

Improper installation, improper adjustment, incompatible components, contamination, neglect, abuse, racing damage, or operation outside product specifications may void applicable warranty coverage.

11. Product Descriptions
We attempt to provide accurate descriptions, images, prices, and technical information.

Minor differences in appearance, packaging, finish, manufacturer revisions, or specifications may occur.

If a material error is discovered, we may cancel or correct an affected transaction as permitted by law and issue an appropriate refund if payment has already been collected.

12. Pricing
Prices may change without notice.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed or quoted when the order is accepted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Taxes, shipping, handling, installation, tuning, or other charges may be additional unless expressly included.

13. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including because of:

Pricing errors
Product unavailability
Suspected fraud
Payment failure
Shipping restrictions
Incorrect listing information
Legal restrictions
If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, an appropriate refund will be issued.

14. Intellectual Property
The following may constitute intellectual property belonging to KinG Certified Performance, King Certified Enterprises LLC, or their respective owners:

KCP branding
KCproducts branding
Logos
Product names
Custom camshaft names
Camshaft designs
Calibration strategies
Tune files
Website content
Photography
Graphics
Written materials
Technical documents
No rights are granted except as expressly permitted.

15. User Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, videos, or other content specifically for publication, you represent that you have the right to provide that material.

We will not intentionally misrepresent your statements or ownership of your vehicle or content.

16. Warranty
Products are subject to any written warranty specifically provided with the product or by the applicable manufacturer.

Unless expressly provided in writing, KinG Certified Performance does not create an additional manufacturer-style warranty merely by selling a third-party product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be disclaimed.

17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KinG Certified Performance and King Certified Enterprises LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from use of the website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

18. Third-Party Products
Products manufactured by third parties may be subject to the manufacturer's warranties, instructions, limitations, and return procedures.

Manufacturer warranty decisions may ultimately be controlled by the manufacturer.

19. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, internet disruptions, security incidents, or other circumstances.

20. Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

21. Returns and Shipping
Purchases are also subject to our applicable Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

22. Governing Law
Except where another law is required to apply, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
